Police are calling on the public to report any information regarding an aggravated robbery in the Bay of Plenty.

Police responded to a report of an aggravated robbery at an address on Pandora Ave in Rotorua around 5.50pm on Friday.

Two armed offenders threatened staff members and escaped on foot with cigarettes and cash, says a police spokesperson.

"There we no reports of any injuries.

"Police are conducting enquires to locate the offenders."
