Cabinet ministers and senior officials will plan a possible exit from the pandemic lockdown but are warning the fight against COVID-19 is far from over.
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says New Zealand has made a good start but it was too early to claim success against the spread of COVID-19.
Jacinda says key factors in an exit plan included testing, rates of community transmission and the success of contact tracing.
