Police are investigating reports of a car found in a ditch in the Rotorua area this morning.
A police spokesperson says a person reported a car in a ditch on Hamurana Road just after 6am.
"There was nobody with the car.
"It's unclear how long the car has been there for."
The car was found on Hamurana Road, near the intersection of Unsworth Road and SH33.
