Emergency services are at the scene of a crash on SH1 north of Taihape.
Police received a report of the crash between two vehicles around 6.35am, says a police spokesperson.
"One person was reported to have sustained moderate injuries.
"One lane is currently blocked and motorists are advised to expect delays."
