Search for missing BOP man continues

Police are appealing for any information about a Bay of Plenty man who has been missing since July 21.

Enquiries are ongoing in the search for a Bay of Plenty man who has been missing since July.

Andrew Gunn was last seen wearing a dark jacket and pants on State Highway 38 on Sunday July 21.

Family of the 28-year-old Rotorua man have taken to social media, posting flyers in an attempt to find him or get any information as to where he might be.

A police spokesperson says no new information is available at this stage and 'enquiries are ongoing”.

A search is being carried out in the Kaingaroa Forest today.

People with information about Andrew are asked to contact their nearest police station.

Alternatively, information can also be left anonymously via the Crimestoppers 0800 555 111 line.

Non-emergency information can be given to the police's 105 number.
